0.33 l bottle as 'Beerze Blond 7.5' from 'Het Biermoment', best before October 2018. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, foamy, stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty-spicy, floral and slightly fruity aroma of clove, citrus, some peach and a touch of banana. Quite sweet, moderately bitter, floral, yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity taste of lemon peel, peach, clove, banana, gooseberry and some Belgian candy, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, grassy, yeasty-spicy and a bit boozy finish. Medium body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, sparkling carbonation. Very pleasant Blond that is well-balanced with a refreshing hoppy touch while the typical Belgian yeast characteristics remain prominent. Tastes like a true classic!

330 ml. bottle @ Café Vingerhoeds as “Beerze Blond”. BBF 10/2016. Near clear pale golden citrus dishwashing liquid golden, collapsing egg-white head. Nose is hugely metallic, light soap, big dishwashing liquid, chemical. Taste is weird fizzy citrus, esters, metallic, hugely over-carbonated, big soap, cheap lemonade. Nope not a fan at all.

Bright yellow colour with low density head. Fairly crisp and fresh tasting. Light malts, hint of dry bitterness perhaps coming from the yeast.
