(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours a clear pale golden with a creamy, white head that dissipates rather quickly. Aroma primarily of metal and brewing cereal. Medium body with a little sweet malt and brewing cereal. Basically absent bitterness. 180808

33 cL bottle, thanks to Alex for a new country rating. Pours clear yellow to pale yellow with a lacing white head. Mild spiced and slight cardboardish aroma. Mild sweetness to an otherwise dry and bitter flavour. Light bitter finish.

Bottle at Restaurant de la Réunion, Paris, as Bourbon Dodo
Blond color, no head. Poor aroma and flavor; medium-low bitterness. I think I won’t appreciate it even in a warm climate.

Bottle. Clear, pale golden, with a nice dense white to off-white head that lasts. Weak, a bit grainy aroma with some fruityness. The flavor is quite pleasant for a pale lager, but weak, with some grain and fruityness. Thin body. Not much finish, there’s some fruit and grain, but it lacks bitterness. Not bad, but not much of a beer either. (070914)

A hazy light yellow beer with a disappearing white head. The aroma is sweet malty and slightly hoppy, while the flavor is malty combined with notes of corn, leading to a dry end.

Bottled. Golden colour, small head. Neutral aroma. Sweet and medium bodied, rather fizzy, but with a pleasant woody finish.
