Can from Drankenhandel Leiden. I buy these Monoplays just for the label #childofthe80s. Unfortunately, this one disappoints. A bit soapy aroma with zesty citrus, pineapple, urine, sweaty dankness, earthy notes. Flavour is moderate to medium bitter and light sweet. Body is medium. I liked the Monoplay Galaxy MUCH better.

Can 440ml (Humala). Hazy yellow colour and small white head. Overriped pineapple, some dankyness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweetish pineapple, citrus in the flavour. Sweet, simple Citra showcase.

Head gone in seconds, fully muddy pineapplejuice-coloured beer. Resins, felt, vinyl, bit artificial, dry spices (Szechuan pepper). Sweeter in flavour, sweet malts, orangejuice, sweet & dry herbs and spices. Very slick, rather well-bodied; feels a lot better carbonated than it looks, almost fizzy feel. Strange perfumey flavour, not fully convincible.

Canned 9.02.21. Pours hazed bright Yellow. Not much head. Scent is rough, burnt plastic, rotten vegetal matter. Taste Is fairly sweet, mild bitter, creamy. Some Citra hops aroma, but there are strong off notes present. Rotten, vegetal, cheesy. Making the beer undrinkable.

Can. Uff, what a disappointment after the Sabro and Galaxy, both of which were outstanding. This one has a sweaty, soapy, industrial cleaner (or damp dishcloth) thing going which just makes this unpleasant. This results in an aroma which is really not great. Medium body. Flavour is malty and at first you are hit by this hop sweat described above. Then you actually finally get some pleasant things, citrus, especially orange and grapefruit, lemon, and some mango, pine. The finish is also nice. But uff this is not good - the hop sweat just overwhelms. Only gets somewhat better as it warms up. Too bad, the aftertaste is nice.

Smell- weak, fruits, hops, orange, a tiny bit tingling. Foam- lemon, citrus, fruity, sweet, hops, bitterness. Head is small, white color. Appearance - nice looking can, simple but nice. Hazy orange color, weak carbonation. From - snifter Taste - fruity, citrus, lemon, orange, mango, tropical, hops, sweetness, bitterness. Bitter and hoppy aftertaste. Very fruity, sweet NEIPA, good stuff. Also have some hoppy notes to back it up, alcohol well hidden.
