After brewing and fermentation, CH’TI beers is kept for long weeks in storage tanks. In the calm and cool (0°C) environment, the beer matures, develops a finer taste, perfects its aroma and acquires its natural and characteristic sparkles. It is here also that the beer obtains its balance, finesse and gleam. The Blonde is brewed since 1979.

Bottled 330ml. -from Geant Albertville. Golden coloured, big white head, mild malty nose. Sweet malty, light spicy, notes of hops and yeast with touch of fruits in the bitterish/sweet finish. Average and boring.

Can at home, golden beer medium head. Aroma is malt, grain, hops, sweet. Taste is the same, easy drinkable, and quite forgettable, not that its that bad.

330ml bottle. Clear golden colour with a large creamy white head. Malty aroma, caramel, grassy hops, honey, cardboard. Taste of malt, light sweetness, caramel. Smooth creamy mouthfeel. Medium carbonation. Easy drinking.

Piwo w stylu wypada średnio, jest za bardzo alkoholowe, i mało złożone ( pomimo że skoncentrowane głównie na słodzie można wycisnąć z tego nudnego stylu więcej, nawet z blonda) do tego wada w postaci żelaza. Finisz wytrawny i rozgrzewający. Najmocniejsza strona to wygląd.

Fles (75 cl) gedronken met Bart. Goudgeel bier met witte schuimkraag. Schuim is redelijk vlug weg. Smaak is fruitig, licht bitter en moutig. Bittere nasmaak blijft lang hangen.

Big bottle shared in Strasbourg. Chrystal clear dark golden with white head. Sweet grains, honey, cardboard and paper, light dried flowers, soft dried apricot and light metallic finish. Under medium sweet with soft bitter finish that’s a bit chemical. Medium bodied with slick feel and under medium carbonation. Boring.
