A light, mild and light beer produced mainly with Pilsner malt, a little Carapils and a touch of malted wheat to complete the recipe. The hops used are Perle for bittering and Saaz for the aroma. Elegant, well-carbonated, bitter at the right point, light body and persistent ending.

Il naso riconosce indizi di orzo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana media. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è nella norma. La forza gustativa è elevata e permane in maniera sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di malto, miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, erbaceo e agrumi.

bottle bb 17/6/19 oro velata schima media discrera persistenza leggero cereale note un po erbacee un po lievito astringente amaro delicato
