Golden abbey beer with strong sweetness. Ninkasi Triple first impresses with its silky, malted body, its high alcohol content then instantaneously warming the throat. Finally, a slight but persistent bitterness will excite your taste buds. This is certainly a beer to drink in moderation. Formerly 8.4% ABV.

Cloudy deep blond color. Strange aroma, herbal, fruity, flowery; with plastic too. Sweetish flavor, some malt and coriander, some oranges, yeasty. Clear alcohol punch. Confused and confusing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy yellow with a white head. Very fruity nose, a little tart, banana also. Solid body, very fruity and some yeastiness, vitamin c and exotic fruits. Lurking tartness underneath, but it doesn’t appear infected.220909

Draft at the brewpub. A golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, malt, yeast, and spices as well as a light touch of fruit. The flavor is very sweet with notes of malt, alcohol, and fruit, leading to a dry and alcoholic finish. The body is thick.
