This Pilsner was fermented in a large oak vessel known as a foeder. Freshly made from Missouri white oak, this foeder brings a slight woodsy character that intermingles delicately with a punched-up noble hop profile and crispy clean finish.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clear silver straw color with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Oak aromas with grassy hops and crackery malt. Crisp and clean on the palate with a slightly oaky, grainy texture on the palate. Lingering wood, grass and pepper on the finish with a nice peppery, bitter punch.
