Clear amber beer with a white head. Aroma of raspberries, dark malt. Taste of sour raspberries, vinegar, red malt.

Natürlich fruchtiger Geruch und Antrunk. Viel Kirsche bei mehr oder weniger konstanter, eher milder Säure. Süffig, trockener Hintergrund, Nuancen von schwarzer Johannisbeere, minimal Essig. Erfrischend. 8/11/11/11/13/11

Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Inoven SandervdL en Roelzie op het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival 2023 in den Bosch. Het is een troebel rood bier met een dun schuim. Het heeft een zure roze achtige geur. De smaak is vol fruitig en zuur.

33 cl. bottle shared with Hilde @ home, bought @ Kulenborgse Bierhandel.
Reddish pink with a light pink head. Blackberry aroma with a sour note. Sour taste with a dry sour finish. In the beginning it is a bit blackberry lemonade like but the dry tart finish remedies this completely. Nice one.

Bottle at home, darker red beer, small head. Aroma is quark/sour dairy, cherry, red fruit, light sweet jam (honestly this smells like quark with strawberry jam). Taste is sour, fruit, cherry, bit lacto-acid. decent. Reminds me of breakfast.

Bottle from Kevin. Many thanks! Red colour, thin head. Medium carbonation. Tart, lemony along with fruity notes (cherries, raspberry). Rather thin but easy drinkable. Nice and refreshing.
