This one, I chose to brew this for the consumer that would like to drink something distinctive, but not too special. The pilsner drinker might not appreciate a double IPA or quadruple, and that’s where this style fits in.

High carbonation and present hop bitterness make this beer suitable for pairing with high-fat foods such as cheeses and, generally, dishes of the french cuisine.
