330ml bottle. Minimally milky, orange golden colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly husky and minimally biscuity, pale malty as well as yeasty fruity aroma, hints of mirabelle and apricot, a touch of protein. Taste is husky and slightly biscuity, pale malty, yeasty fruity and mildly bitter, minimally grassy hoppy, hints of mirabelle, apricot, a touch of protein, some residual sweetness.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Fruity, drinkable but not too light and watery - a really nice Wiess, better than many Kölsch Kölschs.

Bottle at home. Hazy golden with white head. Very metallic up front. Sweet malts, ditch water, dry grain, metallic and green leaf bitter. Quite sweet and quite bitter. Medium body, quite malty, bit grainy texture, bit lactic feel as well. It’s not too bad but I don’t like this very much.... OK it does become a lot better when not too cold. Less metallic and more grain.
