Drinking crisp and light with little bitterness and tons of hop character, notes of passionfruit and citrus wow the crowd. Hops used are Strata, Citra, and Cascade.

5 month old can A: Poured mostly clear pale gold with a small wispy head. Little retention or lace. S: Light but nice aroma of citrus, pepper and graham cracker. T: Tart citrus notes and dry seltzer are dominant. Faint pepper from the nose. Mostly soda-esque. M: Very prickly carbonation, feather weight, clean and dry. O: Smells great but little translates into the taste. I can't imagine it tasting any better fresh.

Green can from market district. First taste is a little veggie, like most session IPA. A weak IPA feeling comes across the palate initially. Almost clear pale in the glass. Big white rocky head. Yes, a mild IPA experience. More like a stronger APA in flavor and attitude.

This is really flavorful for a low octane IPA. Well done.
