Strong fruity nose. Hazy pale amber colour, small but fairly lasting frothy off-white head, light lacing. Aroma peach, apricot, mango, light pine/spruce. Smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, toasted malts, apricot, mango, orange, light pine/spruce, ginger and galanga/laos notes. Mild sweetbitter aftertaste, bit dusty, spicy notes. Light body, oily texture, soft carbonation, well-balanced and smooth, very pleasant in all departments.

Half-pint, cask at The Victoria Inn. An off-white head over a near-clear warm golden body, spotty lacing, Floral hops on the nose, some spices to it. Berry fruity flavours, slightly perfumed, joined by a caramel touch. Mid-sweet fruity ending. Pleasing to a certain degree. (Colchester 13.07.2017).
