Oyster Chew uses hundreds of freshly shucked oysters to give a rich umami flavour & luxurious mouthfeel. The protein rich oyster meat and briney nature of the shells creates a slightly more saline and less sweet version of our beloved stout. Delicious on its own or with a variety of seafood.

Pours pitch black with a medium tan head. Aroma is salted chocolate, soy sauce and roasted malts. Taste is soft chocolate, light roasted malts and plums. Thin but very drinkable.
