Can at home in Hackney - sourced from the Trembling Madness online. Pours hazy honey-gold with a pillowy, pure white head. Nice, down-the-line NEIPA, moderately sweet, with supportive pale malts, tangerine, melon, a little mango, orange, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely rounded finish, further juicy citrus, slight rindy bitterness, bready pale malts. Good stuff overall. Very drinkable.

Flavour is ocmposed of light bready grains, spicy citrus, light wood, pineapple, layered citrus hops, mellow tropicals. Palate is semi sweet, semi crisp finish, , moderate carbonation, mild pinch of salt. Good.

A fine example of the style, grapefruit on the nose and pours a lovely hazy pale gold with a foamy white head - has a beautiful bitter taste profile with citrus and tropical fruits to the fore, the bitterness being balanced out beautifully by the fruit so that this slips down very nicely indeed
