The low sun in the north reflects itself in the landscape, which in turn offers the special light conditions that only exists where we live. From a door that is only briefly open in the darkest time of the year, to the late summer night where what previously had been dormant gets the chance to grow forever. With these long rays the sun paints among the trees and brings the sky to life.

Den låga solen is a fresh, spicy saison brewed with loacl malt from barley grown in the bright summer nights of the north.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Golden colour, small foamy white head. Aroma is floral, herbal, grassy and mild bready tones. Flavour is grassy, herbal, some bready and mild earthy tones. Slight spiciness in the aftertaste.

ABV: 5.1%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, herbal, moderate to light yeasty, fruity yeast, light honey - nectar - flowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, sweet malt, nectar - flowers, herbs, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20211228]

--Canned, from Systembolaget. -- Hazy pale golden, lively head. Floral nose with grain and honey. Mid sweet with light body and clean, rounded mnouthfeel. Grain and marzipan, sweet apples. Long husky bitter finish.

Slim 330ml can, Nr. 90, many thanks to djoeye for sharing. Loose, white head over a misty straw coloured body, spotty lacing. Modest smell of saison fruits, lightly spiced. Ripe banana flavours added by a spiced citric touch. Mid-dry fruity finish. Accepted. (Rating session with djoeye, lmojoh and Finn, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 25.02.2021).

Spandert av djoeye. Delt med ham, lmojoh og Rune i H7. Gyldengul. Uklar. Høyt luftig skum som daler sakte. Lett krydderaroma. Smaken koriander, gjær & banan. Litt for mye kullsyre.
