We wanted a beer that was easy to drink but had strong passionfruit flavours.
So, this is an American style Pale Ale. It is light in color, medium in bitterness and low in mouthfeel and hop aroma.
We then used passionfruit for that amazing taste and aroma along with mango and lactose for sweetness.
