This beer has a smooth mature taste and pleasant bitterness which comes from Hallertau hops from Bavaria. Due to the long and precise maturation process, it has a dry and slender palate, it is filtered and crystal clear and has a stable creamy foam. The initial aroma is fresh and sweet with notes of grain and hay, followed by a touch of melon and summer honey with hops in the background. Its taste is elegant, fresh and pure, rounded and well-balanced, with a pleasant sweetness and a touch of bitterness. This beer is sparkling, and its aftertaste disappears quickly without any lingering bitterness.
