A true full-malted, copper-blond tripel, with two varieties of malt and two breeds of hops. Its subtlety is strengthened through the exclusive use of grain during the brewing process, resulting in a beer with a rich, rounded mouth feel. This unique tripel is re-fermented in the bottle.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a hazy golden/copper colour with a large throthy off-white head. Aroma is fruity, yellow fruits, apples, pears with hints of sweet candy and floral. Taste is again fruity with light notes of bubblegum and a little peppery spice on the finish. Not too sweet and nicely balanced. Medium body, fair carbonation and slightly oily mouthfeel. A nice well above average Tripel.

As Nikola's Tripel Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy copper pour, one finger frothy off-white head. Good retention, nice lacing on the glass. Good on the nose, wheat, caramel, candy, floral notes. Earthy, nicely balanced. Medium body, soft carbonation. Soft mouthfeel and texture, smooth and chewy. Mild bittersweet taste, more on the sweet side, subtle alcohol bitterness. Aroma of caramel malt, wheat, grains. Fruity notes, floral. Belgian yeast, herbal, mild spiciness. Lingering akcohol burn, dry and warming. Medium lasting finish. Solid tripel.
