A true full-malted, copper-blond tripel, with two varieties of malt and two breeds of hops. Its subtlety is strengthened through the exclusive use of grain during the brewing process, resulting in a beer with a rich, rounded mouth feel. This unique tripel is re-fermented in the bottle.

flytteøl#2 33cl from beer planet. c,ear orange, smooth offwhite to yellowish orange head. Aroma is dominated by sweet malts, also some belgian (white) caramel, faint yellow fruits (also banana). Not much belgian weirdo-yeast or weirdo-spices, aroma is quite clean , without being industrial. nice. flavor is quite malty, quite sweet, but with a mild spicy and distinct bitter (but not at all flowery) note to it, for balance. A bit boozy perhaps, but a lot nicer than many other european strong malty beers (typically lagers). For a tripel this is very malty, what saves the day is that it is a sort of dry maltiness, not sweet malty - that would’ve been very cloying. If You like malty, You’ll like this one - if not, it will probably not be Your thing. Somewhat well buried under the maltiness You have belgian yeasty spicy notes, and fruity notes.

Dobre i smaczne piwo, tresciwe i w zapachu świeży chleb dominuje. W smaku drożdzowo-chlebowe. kolor po zmętnieniu jest prawie brązowy. Piana spora, ale szybko opada. Nuty rozgrzewające na finiszu.

Bottle: Light amber coloured, big rocky off-white head, sticking to the glass, moderate to solid caramalty and fruity nose with a distinctive yeasty touch; soft MF, almost full bodied, moderate sweet-bitter flavour; increasing tartness in the sweet-bitter fruity to caramelly finish, a slight yeasty tartness detectable. Good, but not overwhelming...

Bottle form Bierkoning. Amber with a slight, off-white head and plenty of bubbles. Sweet caramel aroma, with some honeyed fruits and clashing baked bean notes. Flavour was also sweet and fruity, with a candy sugar edge and slightly bitter finish. Disjointed.

Clear dark orange to copper beer, small creamy off-white head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: green and ripe banana, wet grains, bit metallic, bread yeast. Reminds me a little of a Tripel Karmeliet. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of grains first, then very metallic, green banana, quite some yeast, unpleasant bitterness, little floral, overripe plums. Aftertaste: overripe banana, yeast, bit metallic, green banana. Plain weird, not my cup of tea.

Hazy dark blond colour. Aroma quite bready, yeasty. Soft malty taste but yeast dominates too much. Hints of smokiness in the finish.
