A true full-malted, copper-blond tripel, with two varieties of malt and two breeds of hops. Its subtlety is strengthened through the exclusive use of grain during the brewing process, resulting in a beer with a rich, rounded mouth feel. This unique tripel is re-fermented in the bottle.

33cl bottle from Dranken Geers. Clear orange amber, very thin white head. Slight ester Belgian yeast aroma. Some tangerine furit on aroma. Tastes hard and filtered in the mouth. Yeast tangerine and some hop sting on finish. Not unpleasant, could be better if unfiltered I feel. Fine.

33 cL bottle. Pours cloudy and golden orange with a white head. Dry and malty aroma, mild spiced. Flavour is mild oxidised towards earthy and with a slight metallic touch. Mild spiced and with a dry caramel flavoured base. Ends medium dry yet also nicely yeasty mellow with a lingering caramel and mild spiced finish.

Bottled. Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, sugary and raisiny. Flavour is quite much the same along with raisins and grass. Hides the alcohol while drinking, but the aftertaste has some rather burning touches of it. Once it gets warm it also get some spicyness in it.

Bottled. Clear, colour is somewhere between deep golden and pale amber. Salty and fruity, quite sweet. Solidly malty with notes of bread and soft mouthfeel. Very little yeast character, low bitterness. Unassuming but pleasant.

Bottled at Delirium Tremens, Gothenburg. Hazy, amber color, with off-white head. Fruity aroma with hints of cellar. Fruity taste. Light bitter aftertaste with some alcohol. Rating. 7-4-7-4-17-3.9. 051008

Bottle. A clear, sparkling, golden beer with a lasting, creamy off-white head on top. Lacings left. Canned fruits, fresh fruits and white sugar on the nose. Sweet and fruity flavor with some alcohol. Bitterness chimes in towards the end. Quite fizzy in the mouth, full-bodied and warming. Sort of one-dimensional, but nice. 100327

Bottled (BB 05/2007)
Amber with nice brownish head and lace. Metallic aroma, also some toffee and yeast. Fruity (apples) flavor with alcoholic touch. Also a bit sugary. Very carbonated (as Blond-version). Sweet aftertaste. Not very interesting tripel. (4/4/5/2/11)
Rerated bottle @Pullman’s
Slightly hazy red-brown-amber color, steady small off-white head. Fruity Belgian yeasty aroma. Medium-bodied. Yeasty, some alcohol, white pepper and fruityness. Standard but not bad. (6/3/6/3/12 3.0).
