@home poured into footed pilsner glass. Cloudy pale amber colour, huge frothy off-white head, good retention, good lacing. Aroma sweet malt, grain, bread, apple, light citrus. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grainy, ripe apple. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, sweetbitter aftertaste, cardboard, light spicy notes, bit boorish but good to drink, nice one.

330ml bottle. Murky, brown-ish, amber colour with small to average, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Rather weak, slightly citrusy, fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of orange, lemon, a touch of kumquat, some zesty aspects, yeasty doughy overtones. Taste is slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, minimally yeasty doughy, hints of orange, lemon, lemon tea, a touch of blood orange, mandarine peel. Overall watery, somehow minimally mushy texture, smooth and soft palate, soft to flat carbonation. Quite anaemic, uninviting colour - not really marketable.

Heller, bitter getreidiger Beginn. Hell brotig, süßlich, wenig würzig. Süffig, eher langweilig, trockener Abgang. 8/8/9/8/11/8

33cl bottle. A almost clear golden beer with a off-white lacing. Aroma of sweet grainy malt, some ripe fruits and yeast. Taste of sharp grainy malt, ripe fruits, apples, yeast, spicy bitter finish.

Pours a hazy yellow colour, with a thick foaming head. Earthy orange aroma and taste, a little yeast and lemongrass too.
