Unser "Stougamer Weizen" besteht aus einer Mischung mit Weizen-, Gersten-, Spezial- und Caramelmalz. Dabei kommt das naturtrübe Geschmackserlebnis mit feinst ausgewählter obergäriger Hefe und feinporigem Schaum zum Ausschank.

Smooth mild beginning. Very neutral, mild with only hints of aroma. Soft neutral, very neutral in the end. The yeast is soft, but also very neutral.

Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours a slightly cloudy yellow/straw colour with a big throthy pure white head. Nice lacing. Aromas of banana, clove, wheat, white bread yeast and sweetness.

33cl bottle. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of sweet phenolic banana, yeast. Taste of sweet banana, wheat, phenols. Boring!
