500 ml bottle. Unclear yellow, foamy head. A lot of citrus, a bit clove, coriander, some woodruff and other light spices. Mild dryness, slight sweet. Light to medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry crisp finish. Very easy and quaffable Wit.

0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before March 2021. A bit hazy, pale yellow with a medium large, foamy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, moderately fruity-floral aroma of lemon peel, light pineapple, coriander and some banana. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, quite fruity-floral taste of lemon peel, pineapple, coriander, some banana and hints of clove, followed by a short, slightly bitter, minimally tart, moderately yeasty-spicy and a little grassy finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. That's how I like my Wit: refreshing, crisp and a nice balance between fruit and spices with yeast in the background. Quite good!

Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fresh fruity-malty aroma. Starts mild, malty, spicy, light sourish touch. Also some light salty notes. Some herbs in the background. Finish well balanced, still fine sourish-spicy. Quite interesting!
