Draught@Nolia Umeå 2022. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized big foamy white head., that leaves some lace. Aroma is grains, some bready, mild spiciness with some wheat and citrus too. Flavour is wheat, some citrus, mild yeasty spiciness as well as some banana. A bit herbal too towards the finish. Nicely dry Hefeweizen.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy folden, rich lively head. Mild aroma of bun dough and cloves. Dryish with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. White bread, cloves and grass, hints of banana. Low bitterness. Refreshingly dry and and slender.
