Voici une blonde dorée développant une belle mousse compacte et tenace. Son dégagement gazeux est important. Au nez, on ressent l’orge et la levure ainsi qu’une touche agréable de malt. Elle est un peu piquante en bouche, offre un léger goût de torréfaction et révèle la présence de houblon. Elle est caractérisée par une amertume équilibrée et prolongée en fin de bouche ainsi que par des notes fruitées complexes. Rendant hommage à sa manière à l’enfant du pays, le Dinantais Adolphe Sax, elle se distingue aussi par le design de l’étiquette, représentant un escargot.

Slightly hazy golden, lot of tiny bubbles, two finger frothy white head, diminishing slowly, fair lacing; perfumy floral aroma, fruity (orange, peach), yeast; taste is medium sweet and bitter, grainy, spicy; medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, aftertaste sweetbitter; overall a pleasant and elegant blond.

F: huge white, lasting. C: hazy gold. A: malt, grassy, floral, peppery, citrusy peels, yeast. T: medium body, very lively carbonation, ABV 7,7%, massive coriander, malty, grassy and floral hops but not bitter at all, quite sweet, like orange/lemon peels, spicy dry on the palate, great refreshing beer, worth to try.

Ambar sucia, de escasa espuma. Feo aspecto. Aroma escaso, levadura belga. En boca resulta metálica, con base malteada, notas de levadura y lúpulo frutal. Belga del montón.

Bottle from Tres Bonne Cuisine. Deep golden body with soft white head. Light yeasty aroma hints at the flavor to come. Yeast, honey and sweet malt all taste elements. Fast finish with a hint of honey.

Bottle Pours rather clear blonde, huge white head builds up instantly ( the bottle was no gusher though ) . Smell is sweet grains, and a sweet kind of yeastyness . Some sugar . Way to much carbo - as to be expected . Taste starts off a bit bitter , with sweet undertone , and a sharp grainyness . Doesn’t feel very natural , yet I doubt that there were additives used ... Yet i’d say its a bit thin with overpowering, ’fake’ bitterness, nowhere near what you usually get in - for instance - IPA’s ( or other Hop-based beers ) .

Bottle from Brewnbbq, thanks for the opportunity Jeff! Pours a crystal clear deep golden color with a huge bubbly white head that has moderate retention. aromas of light sugary malt with bits of honey. Tart berry and pomme fruits come through nicely as well as some yeasty earthy esters. The flavor holds what the aroma promised, but adds a touch of warming alcohol. Medium body, sparkly carbonation. Nice brew, thanks for sharing!
