Bottle thanks to Bob, thanks! Pours a near clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has Belgian yeast, vegetables, light fruits, sweet grains and a bit of flora underlying. Flavor has vegetable and Belgian yeast with musty fruits and earthy bread.

Bottle 65 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with tiny floating impurities and an off-white head leaving laces. Very fruity and fresh with a lightly tart aroma. Light body, fruity, fresh, lightly tart with a little yeast. No bitterness. 290509

Blind tasting at Papsø’s
Cloudy blond color; big frothy head. The aroma is lightly spicy (coriander), with light lemon peel, sour apples too. It has maybe a light wheat character, with some sourness. Forgettable.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing orangey head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and light notes of spices - especially coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt combined with light notes of coriander and citrus.

From bottle, blind #2. Pours hazy yellow with a slowly collapsing white head. Yeasty, citrusy and light spiced aroma. Classic Belgian wit. Light hoppy touch to the base flavour of wheat, coriander (subdued) and orange peel. Citrusy fruity oranges and light citric flavoured finish.

Thanks to goldtwins for sharing - cloudy golden, with a small, fizzy head - flowery aroma, with honey, european hop character, musty wheatiness - semi-sweet, with a dry kick that works somewhat well with the floral notes - some soft peach and faint wheat - the floral and fruit notes don’t quite work with the wheat - decent enough.

Thanks to goldtwins for bringing this to JoeMcphee’s place for CaptainCougar come to NY gathering. Pours thick pale yellow, very thick looking, no clarity. Aroma is very sweet, candy sweetness, and some spice wheatiness. Taste is lightly sweet and over the top phenols. Kind of off balanced and over the top.
