Sampled on draft at Fat Heads this beer poured a murky tan color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was musty and yeasty with rye and pepper notes. The flavor was sweet golden fruits, sugar, yeast, rye and alcohol. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied

Draft at Crunchy’s, East Lansing. Hazy light-medium orange body, thin off-white head. Fruity nose of peach, orange blossoms, and pineapple; perfumy and sweet. The body is quite spicy/estery with peppery, floral bread dough and flower petals, with dirty fermented peach notes developing with warmth. Complex if odd and not entirely enjoyable.

Draught (9%) @ Naamat
Slightly sweet aroma with lots of rye. Also some wort and floral notes. Flavour feels like an aged belgian ale. It has apricot, toffee, some herbs and floral notes. Grassy hops and some non-disturbing alcohol in the finish. Very smooth, creamy and somewhat sticky palate. Good.
