Shaker @ the brewpub. Color is a glowing hazy with a medium clarity and a thick dark golden color. There is a sticky lacing left on the glass as the head fades. Aroma is hoppy (citrus and bubblegum with some bitter hops) that is strong all over. Some sweet Belgian esters (peach) coming through and mixing with the hops. A general fruit and hops mix. Flavor is more sweet Belgian yeasty esters and less bitter hops. The sweet bubblegum hops come out more. Sweetness and light stickiness sit on the cheeks for a little while.
