This is the Brett version. Tap @ the brewpub. The pour is an extremely dark, hazy, muddy, golden, with no clarity. Looks thick and solid. Aroma is right away a brett bomb, all pineapple and herbal/barnyard brettiness. Flavor really did it for me as far as brett goes. On top of the pineapple and barnyard/herbal there is a nice light tart aspect surrounded by light rubber, a juicy kind of rubber. This is what got the 9, this rubber aspect. which is common in lambic (particular in 3F gueze) is here but not so dry and abrasive. Like I said, its juicy rubber if you can imagine it. The aftertaste is wildflowers and that herbal/barnyard. Awesome stuff.
