On draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy light straw with a white head. Aromas of citrus. Flavors are tart citrus.

GABF’08. Another on the mark looking Berliner Weisse. It a murky, dead straw/yellow color. Aroma is lightly musky and simple wheat coming through. The taste is the best part with a light citric fruit aspect. This comes off as tart (or more like zesty). Mouthfeel has a few acidic spikes which go in line with the citric-like aspect. A bit fuller body than expected for a Berliner Weisse. This was my favorite Berliner Weisse at the fest out of a handful of different ones.
