The pleasant, dark Doppelbock of monasterial origin, especially suited for festivities during the chilly season.
Typical for the Maximator is the full-bodied, pithy and pronounced body, coated with a fine and velvety refraction.
Due to the use of dark malt produced in the barn malt house, the light sweetness is surrounded by toasty cocoa notes.
The finish is smooth, with a lingering note of dark chocolate.

0.5l bottle. Amber body, beige head. Both the aroma and the taste have a significant booze character to it escorted with caramel and toast. All-in-all a nice bock.

Dobre wrazenie pozostawia to piwo, zwlaszcza po przelknieciu. Figowy smak, alkoholowe cieplo, rozgrzewa i to mocno. Aromatyczne i perfumowate jakby. Piekna fioletowo bordowa barwa, ciekawa etykieta i ogolne dobre wrazenia. Mozna sie przyczepic tylko malenkiej piance.

500ml bottle. Wonderful brownish ruby red colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Spicy malty aroma, a touch of hay, bread, toffee, caramel. Taste is minimally to moderately sweet caramel malty with a nuttily touch, hints of dark fruit, minimally dry hoppy counterweight; sticky palate, lasting malty finish. Superbly balanced, strong but very drinkable at once.
