This beer is freaking awesome. Pours a thick golden color, full of light but cannot see through it at all. Aroma is sour with white grape skins fruit-peach vinegar. Very wild and lambic-esque. Taste is tart with lemon and light doughy yeastiness. Think mineral tart yeastiness. Has a freshly opened seltzer feel, all spiky. It’s a medium-light body offset by a strong carbonation. A very awesome beer.

Tap at Blind Tiger (and then later in the day at The Diamond - yea, I liked this beer) - hazy glowing orange beer - zero head - a ind of oily film floating on top - funky, semi-sour, barnyardy, wild, flemish sour sort of aroma, with notes of peach - soft and earthy - very tangy, with medium tartness - apple skins and slight white wine grapes - light funkiness - some grainy notes near the end - the finish has some phenolics and apple skin/cider flavors - unique and tasty.
