Sampler at brewery. As per usual for Standard Brewing, the beer is clear with a strong head and lots of lacing. Aroma is herbally, vaguely nobley, dry moderately hops, very clean malts. Flavor follows suit, emphasizes the hop. Its an interesting hop, weirdly green, noble, faintly apple. Its does what’s intended and keeps sweetness out. Its not my fav hop profile but the malt and yeast (neutral and muted) character is perfect for me. To me it seems that the Calypso is more prominent than the Mosaic.
