Sample at the brewpub. This one is surprisingly hard to find around town. Its a sweet and sticky malt beer that seems to be muddled by hops. So, the hoppiness isn’t clear and direct and the malts are too sweet. Not what I like.

From tap at African Lounge, SeaTac airport. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity hoppy, light toasted malty and caramelish. Medium sweet flavoured, light bitter and crisp hops fruity. Ends bitter and light citrusy.

On tap at the Front Door, Boise ID. Clear light orange amber with a big fluffy head. Intense hop aroma mainly of pine and a bit harsh and medicinally. Tons of bitterness and not so much hop flavor. An IBu bomb that makes me seek a shelter. Light bodied and quite dry. A bitter harsh IpA that is not one of my favorites.
