Flight at brewery. This beer makes sense in the context of the brewery. Its not a good dubbel, but I can understand why. Its not bad estry, meaning its not a banana bomb. However, its estry and fruity from the yeast. Its also alcohol rich and syrupy. A lot of this would improve with time. Its needs more conditioning but its in a good place where the yeast hasn’t gotten insane. The malt sweetness is a bit much as well. Needs some less sweetness and more conditioning.
