40 pounds of Raspberries added to the boil and another 60 pounds added thru fermentation to create a strong ale with a nice balance between sweet malts and tart fruit, then aged for a year in red wine barrels.

Bottle thanks to Chris. Pours clear amber with small frothy white head. The aroma is strong oak raspberry and wine. Thin mouthfeel with sweet raspberry, boozy finish. Good.

750mL shared by Frank. Light brown color. I guess its an imperial fruit beer. Aroma is aged old brown, alcohol burnt, strong and alcoholic aged raspberries. Flavor has lots of aged murky brown raspberries. Not as bad as I thought beforehand. Strong, raspberry, and aged.
