Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear pale gold with a gray head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a smoked sausage with and underlying wheat note. Flavor has an interesting combination of heavy smoke and lightly tart wheat that works.

10oz pour at the brewpub. Very pale golden in color, very hazy yet the center glows. Strong head atop the body. Aroma is strong on smoke, just the way I like it, give me more, give me more. Light easy wheat coming of the flavor. I did detect a bit of diacetyl but it wasn’t too bad. The flavor was great with a burst of smoke all up in my palate. Yet its followed by a completely light and carefree body. Loved it, just like a smoke sensation. The light wheat aspect behind that provided a great addition. I could have just drank that for hours. Loved it.
