Pours a huge head. Slight hop and pineapple aroma. Hopbitter, slightly citric flavor. Just a bit sweetish. Hopbitter aftertaste. Nice and clean, with enough flavor to be enjoyable. A pleasant surprise.

Bottle (random night shop brussels). Pours golden with whiteish head. Aroma is fruity, phenolic, malt, classic Belgian yeast. Flavor is sweet and bitter, fruits, esthers, belgian yeast, banana. Sugar and slight booze in the finish. Overall: ok belgian ale, bit lifeless, but otherwise good.

Brussels sketchy avondwinkel tick. Bottle on the bus home. Big sweet malts, sugary sweet, herbs /spices, gumball coating and bit dirty vegetal bitterness. More than medium sweet and quite a dry leathery bitterness. Medium body, strong carbonation. Sweet and alcoholic with dirty bitter finish.

Bottle from Brussels nightshop in sketchville central, drank as road soda on FlixBus. Straight from the bottle which looks OK I guess. Light cloves, sweet grains and dough, Christmas cake, very sugary with a touch of herbs, cardboard, marzipan. Medium sweet and very light bitter. Medium bodied with over medium carbonation. I usually quite like Belgian blondes but this is decent at best.

Golden and clear in appearance. Aroma and flavour have typical bready, malty notes with a touch of yeast. Pleasantly fresh.
