0.375 l bottle from 'Brauart', bottled in May 2025. Clear, dark ruby with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish, minimally sourish, quite fruity aroma raspberry, sherbet powder and some strawberry. Rather sweet, slightly sourish, quite fruity taste of raspberry, sherbet powder, some strawberry and light oak, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly tart finish. Medium body, a bit astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Too sweet but other than that quite okay.

Аромат хороший. Много малины прежед всего, как в названии. Нету химозы, но не варенье, немного косточки как будто от других ягод, немного смородины. Цвет темно розовый, пенка средняя. Вкус тоже отличный, есть нотки от малины, при этом пиво в целом питкое очень, адже для стиля. При глотке сухость небольшая. Снова как будто сок от ягод. Есть сладость, но небольшая. В целом очень понравилось.

Bottle 0,375ltr: Dark reddish brown coloured brew with an more sweet than sour taste with good fruity hints of raspberries and cherries. An entry-level beer to the Sour Red beer-style.

375ml bottle. Almost opaque, darkest ruby colour with small to average, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Sweet-ish, minimally artificial, fruity aroma, notes of raspberry, raspberry pulp, sweet-ish, caramel malty overtones with a touch of rock sugar. Taste is more sweet than sweet-and-sour fruity, slightly sugary malty, minimally artificial notes of raspberry, raspberry pulp, a touch of fruit acid, citric acid, rock sugar, malt lozenge. Minimally creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, soft carbonation. Flattering sweetness, (concerning complexity) rather restricted (just sweet and pulpy) raspberry flavours (lack of earthy and acidic aspects) - nice.

Bottiglia. Il naso viene catturato dal lampone. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è pieno. Il dolce è medio. L'amaro è poco presente. La forza gustativa è elevata e la persistenza è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si attestano sentori di miele, lampone, agrumi e frutta secca.

Bottle from Tesco Supermarket, Middleton. Extremely dark purple with a small head. Strong with its raspberries in both aroma and taste with a dark-fruit edge to proceedings and minimal sourness.

Patricks 230224. Red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is raspberries, almond, sourness. Flavor is raspberries, almond, dries fruit, sourness. Nice beer.

Bottle @ Patricks. Clear reddish body with a small pink head. Aroma like cherry/raspberry juice with mild, fruity acidity. Taste is sweet raspberry juice, red berries with some acidity but still way too sticky sweet. No depth, too sweet and one-dimensional.
