Dark ruby to brown coloured beer, aery beige head, unstable, little adhesive. Aroma: raisins, milk chocolate, fruity, bit sour, caramel. MF: good carbon, medium body. Taste: caramel, port notes, orange peel, malty sweet, hint of mocha, strawberries. Aftertaste: a bit sour, still some mocha, caramel, a little bit of hops. A bit light in taste, but complex enough to keep it interesting. Not bad at all!

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, ruby brown colour with a beige and dense foamy head. Sweet toast-malty and distinctively berry-fruity aroma with notes of cacao and nutty and yeasty spicy accents. Moderately sweet and slightly roasty bitter flavour, medium to light bodied with a present carbonation. Toast-malty, slightly nutty taste with notes of caramel, cacao and berries; sweet and slightly hop- and roasty bitter finish with notes of chocolate in the aftertaste. Decent and easy-going Dubbel. 21.III.11
