Draft @ Hoppy Loft. Dorée paille-trouble, col blanc. Arôme est herbacé bien prononcé avec qcq notes d’épices le tout rappelant un aspect mielleux. Palais est épais, citronné sur un malté pils-pâle profond, le tout rappelant les herbes de montagne avec ce côté tenant de miel, voire de camomille. Pointe d’épice, sorte de levure belge pour un profil houblonné légèrement amer qui devient vite trop. Au final, la bière était dure à finir, niveau d’alcool trop haut, le tout trop épais.

Aroma has bretta notes, citrus, urinal cake, earthy notes and some peppery spices. Flavour has lots of peppery spices, bretta notes, urinal cake, hints of grapefruit, pineapples and earthy notes. Spicy and unique.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of yeast, wheat, and a bit of pllastic. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, wheat, yeast, and flowery hops, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle from toft vin. Hazy pale yellow, smooth creamy offwhite head, yeast sediments, but that’s a charm for a belgian beer ;-). Perfumey yeasty flowery aroma, very belgian, nice. Flavor is sweet malty, yeasty, honey or flowery notes, quite bitter (dead hops, alc, yeast) flavor comes off as a little too bittersweet, esp. too sweet, at least for my taste.

Bottle 500ml.Hazy - murky matt medium yellow colour with a small, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate to light heavy yeasty, coriander, yeast. Initial flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter, finish flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, coriander, sweet yeast, candy, yeasty. 100ml poured from a bottle at Ølfestival 2012. Cloudy yellow body, thin white layer. Ripe fruity aroma with hints of coriander. Late banana in flavour, lightly spiced. Yeasty fruitiness towards the ending. Medium bodied. Very sweet, a small glass was quite alright, though (Copenhagen, 10.05.2012).
