De Graal Blond has a light golden colour. Crisp and dry with an easy pale malt character, and a leafy hop presence from start to finish. The finish is mildly bitter and ends clean (since Februari 2002).

33 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, no clear BBE info
Fresh aroma with citrus and spices. Rather spicy flavour with citrus. Also some alcohol comes through. Nice, but too spicy.

Bottle. A hazy, yellow-orange beer with a diminishing off-white head. Sugary nose with some herbs and spices, and notes of fruits. Sweet and sugary flavor with a spiced touch. Sugary finish. Full-bodied and pleasantly carbonated. A decent beer, but too sugary for my likings. Definately not my favorite blond. 100115

Pour is a blonde with a white head, Aroma is yeasty with some biscuity malts. Flavor is again some dry malts and almost no hop presence. Kinda wet paper bag going on here which I thought only would happen in a pale lager. Wow this is not good and gets boring real fast.

Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Aroma is herbal, with an impression of bog myrtle, with some malt. Dry and malty and herbal flavour.

750ml bottle, uncorked. Golden-yellow color with a nice foamy head. Slightly hazy with some particulates floating about. The aroma is a sugary sweet and quite bitter. Lots of sweet malt flavor, with a balanced crispness. A touch more hops than your typical Belgian Blond, which show themselves in the aftertaste. Rich and creamy, some nice smooth yeasty tones. A complete pleasure to drink. Excellent beer.
