Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of mild tart fruits, pale fruits, some brett and sweet wood. Taste of sweet wood, brett, pale fruits, mild sourish fruits, nice!

Fresh and funky in the beginning. Moder smooth than the French Oak, but not as woody as the American Oak. A bit mild-woody, horse blanket but not too much funk. Mild and very dry, round and refreshing. Nice and interesting though, but the wood is not too intense.

Pours clear alberblonde, good white, fluffy and stable head. Smell is dry, bit sour, some wine-like notes ( fruity, oak ) Taste is dry, very sharp, very very one-dimentionnal brett. Some oak (more towards the back ) bit sweetness underneath. Light mouthfeel. Metallic. overcarbonated, but not extremely so. Expected way more of this, after all the single hops have proven to be awesome.

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Aroma of citrus, zest, white wine. Light sweet flavour, citrus, light fruity. Fruity finish, wood. Interesting experiment, although the differences between the bottles are quite subtle. The least outspoken of the series.

Hefig herber, eher trockener Antrunk. Rund, hell malzig, kaum holzig. Spritzig, fruchtig herb, eher kurzer Abgang. 11/11/10/9/12/9

Bottle from Delhaize, Brugge, Belgie consumed at mum’s, Worcester, Friday 10th April 2015 Hazy amber with filmy off white head. Not so woody and not overly sour, profile seems a little blunted. I have to say that this is a tad forgettable, a bit sweeter than I expected, reminds me of some long forgotten confectionery. Might pour the rest of this. A5 A3 T5 P2 Ov10 2.5
