Bière spéciale de fermentation haute et non filtrée, elle doit son goût particulier au sarrasin qui complète le malt d’orge dans sa recette originale. Ambrée et titrant 6,0% d’alcool, elle plaît aux amateurs de bières de caractère (souvent comparée au spéciales belges). Le sarrasin provient d’une culture à deux pas de la brasserie productrice (Heinerscheid, dans le nord luxembourgeois.)

Thanks for bottle to Rasmus40. Aroma: fruity and sweet and sour. Flavor: a strong fruity flavor with a sour and dry bitter finish. A watery and prickly mouthfeel. Color: reddish amber with an almost non existing offwhite head.

Bottle. It pours a clear, dark golden body and a small, dense, off-white to light beige head. The aroma has bready wort, some fruityness and a touch of cellar. 33cl. Mild-weich im Antrunk. Malzig-trockener im Hauptteil. Leicht säuerlich, aber angenehm süffig. Die Buchweizennote ist trocken-blumig im Hintergrund spürbar. Nett und mild. Der Nachgeschmack ist süffig, leicht süßlich und feinherb. Trocken und erdig.
