Slightly hazy yellow beer, white head. Aroma of hops, resin, quite fruity, touch of rhubarb. Bitter hoppy flavour, light acidic, mostly hops. Bitter finish, malts, fruity notes. Refreshing beer!

Location: Draft at Cornerstone (Ogunquit, not College Park, sorry Kramer!), 7/11/13
Aroma: The nose is tart and fruity, with some hops, grass, and spice
Appearance: It pours a slightly hazed golden color with a white head and plus lace
Flavor: The taste is mix of mild sweetness, mid tartness, and mid bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, it has average carbonation, and a mild dry finish
Overall Impression: I found this to be a very interesting collaboration, and I liked it quite a bit. It is certainly worth trying.

Draught@HBF2013. Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild grass, some herbs, toffee and slight acidic wood and mild spicyness as well. Flavour is toffee, mild sour wooden notes, citrus, caramel, some floral and acidic notes as well. Balanced, and quite different from your normal IPA.

On tap @ Apotekergården. Slightly hazy golden body with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by fruit, like citric fruit and red berries and slightly spicy. Flavor is sweet, soft malt with lots of citric fruit and acidic red berries. Some bitterness, but not too obvious. I don’t really taste the IPA here and neither the rhubarb, it’s probably what I feel like acidic red berries in combination with citric hops. This is a rather unusually and surprising beer, super refreshing with an odd, sharp, fruity bitterness. Very enjoyable.

On tap at Apotekergården. It pours an unclear, golden body and a small white head. A quite fruity aroma in this one, mango, peaches and pine cones, leaving little room for the malts. Something sourish too, guess that’s the rhubarb kicking in. It’s quite bitter in the mouth, with some notes of sourness. Tropical fruits. Dry on the palate, medium to full body, a bit low on carbonation. Bitter, fruity finish. A very refreshing one, quenching and tasteful, and at the same time unusual. 130421

Draught @ HBF 2013
Pours clear golden with a small head. Aroma of perfume, floral hops, bubblegum, and hints of rhubarb. Taste is sweet and hoppy with perfume notes, hints of tart rhubarb, grass, bubblegum and floral notes. Finish is sweetish and malty with some floral notes. Quite untypical and weird.

(Draught at HBF2013) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had mud and manure. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were rhubarb, hops, tartness, fruitiness and bitter. Aftertaste was bitter and tart. Aroma was awful but the taste was quite ok.
