Hazy pale gold beer, big white head. Nice sourish rhubarb nose. Palate is light and crispy. Starts with a mildly tart rhubarb and then pine and orange hops kick in. Little marmalade. Touch of lactose before the light crispy finish. Unusual and tasty.

Draught@HBF. Rubber, nettles, citrus in the nose. Light to medium bodied. Citric acid, hay and fruits in the tartish flavor. Not very typical Nøgne Ø flavors had to say. Lingering citrus.

Lys gulbrun farge. hvitt luftig skum. Dufter søtt og fruktig. God frisk og fruktig i smak. En god frisk øl til som tørstedrikke.

33cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Pours slightly hazy golden with a white head. Lovely fruity and hoppy aroma with rhubarb , tropical fruits, citrus and pale malt. Moderate sweet with nice fuity and rhubarb flavours with a light sourness and a balanced bitterness. Medium body with fairly average carbonation. Quite delicious, and surprisingly well balanced. A bit strange mixture, but it works very well!

Une curiosité qui me laisse perplexe... L’idée est excellente mais le produit est plus près d’une blanche belge que d’une IPA. Elle goûte bien le grain et la rhubarbe est subtile.

On tap at Brouwer's Cafe, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out rhubarb notes, hops, and orange juice. Flavour brings out loads of citrus zest from the rhubarb, floral hops, and just enough malt. Very fruity and zesty, with a citric finish. Solid stuff.

From a friend from France: Pours a hazy light orange with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, funky, citric, and rhubarbish. Taste is slightly hoppy. Quite tropically fruity. Very particular fruity taste. Kind of reminds me of some saisons that I have had. Unique and not at all bad.

Big creamy white head. Slightly hazy yellow body with visible particles. Earthy herbal resiny aroma with spicy lemony cedar wood notes. Sweet-dryish tropical fruit and resin taste with strange herbal notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, mealy mouthfeel. Dry perfumy fruity aftertaste with wooden earthy rhubarb notes. Fairly nice, quite drinkable. Girlfriend loves it, personally I’m more lukewarm. (0.33l bottle, from wine monopoly, Vika, Oslo.)

03.10.2013, 0,33l bottle @ home:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh fruity, light malts, hops, leafs, sweet fruits, citrus, hay. Taste is slightly sour-ish fruity, light malts, citrus peel, leafs, sap, harsh grass, citrus, rhubarb, salt, hints og pine needles. Longlasting bitterness, mouthfeel is kind of oxidized minerals. Fair enough.
