On draught at the tap room. The beer is orange with a slight reddish tint and a thin white head that evaporates to an outer ring quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus and yeast and a bit of spice. Light body with a tropical fruit character with notes of yeast and oak. The finish is fruity with a lingering aftertaste that must be guava. Above average overall.

Bottled. An unclear dark golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of acetone, fruit, lacto, and lemon. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of lemon, guava, malt, acetone, and lacto, leading to a dry and tart finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of Pinball. Pours a cloudy almost opaque deep golden with a small off-white head. Tart fruity nose, a little glue, solvents and acetone. Fairly solid body, sweet fruitiness, exotic spiciness, tart, again glue and acetone. Ends dryish. Not really convincing. 230511

thanks to markwise or someone else from the Tampa crew (?)-750ml bottle-pours a retaining thin light tan head and hazy gold color. Aroma is tart fruit, vinuous, yeast, medium malt. Taste is sour/tart fruit-guava/lemon, vinuous, yeast, medium malt, secondary spice hops, alcohol. Interesting.
