Cask (gravity) @ EBF18 2014, 18th Egham Beer Festival, Egham United Services Club (EUSC), 111 Spring Rise, Egham, Surrey, England TW20 9PE. [ As Burning Sky Arise ].Light unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, pine, grapefruit, lemon - lemon grass, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, citrus, lemon grass, fruity, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20140807]

Clear pale orange beer, white head, unstable, small, dissipates immediately. Aroma: malty, hay, grains, straw, some cow fodder, very German profile. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bitter start, grassy, metallic, grains, hay, pretty bitter, dry. Aftertaste: bitter, grains, hay, some citrus, cod fodder, bit medicinal.

On tap @ Borefts 2014. This is a near-clear really pale yellow golden one with a small shattered white lacing head. Mild nose. Some watermelon sweetness. Traces of wood, peaches and apricots. Mild fruity and almost as it has been thinned down. Tastes nice. Green melon zesty. Thin oily near watery in the mouth and it's gently carbonated. Thin fruity flavors. A quite sharp grassy bitterness. Somewhat mouthdrying. Hints of the bitter white part of a lemon peel. Easy to drink though, but nothing too memorable about this one. 27.09.2014

On tap @Mad For Beer (Rome). Classica pale ale giallo paglierino, limpida, schiuma media. Al naso bel bouquet aromatico, prevalgono le note pungenti agrumate, leggermente erbacee, su quelle fruttate (frutta tropicale, pesca) comunque presenti. In bocca ha tutto ciò che una session deve avere, bevibilità estrema, che non va a discapito del carattere, freschezza, secchezza e pulizia. Corpo esile, carbonazione medio-elevata. Ottima session.

Caña en cimmeria el 28-10-2014. Color rubio casi transparente con espuma blanca. Aromas y sabores suaves, algo ácidos y con toques herbáceos y cítricos. Cuerpo ligero a medio fácil de beber con 4.4 vol y algo de gas, para beber un litro sin problema. Buena.
