Cask at Founders. Clear, light brown pour with a foamy, off-white head. Light honey, malts and leafy hops on the nose. Breads and classic EKG flavor, not to inspiring but drinkable. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Finishes malty with some earthy, dry leaves, mild sugars and hints of fruit and caramel. Easy drinker.

Cask @ Little Brighton Inn, New Brighton. A darkish brown affair with an off white head. Pretty insipid aroma with traces of malt and veg on the turn . Similar yarn in the taste. with some bitterness towards the finish. Rather boring and just not really my thing.

cask - Pours light amber and has an aroma of caramel malt and light hops. The flavor reflects a good, balanced bitter that, while nothing all that special, is good and enjoyable.

Found at an English pub in Paris.... and after so much crappy French macrobrews this was definitely a breath of fresh air. Nice head, good aroma, reliable taste of English bitter with nuttiness and grains and a dry finish. Very good pub fare, probably not the best, but it was great at the time.
