A hazy golden ale with a thick off white head. A nice herbal mat aroma with light Belgian hops. In mouth, a good grainy malt, rye and lightly floral hops, light menthol coolness. Medium bodied. Overall, pleasant. Bottle at Fête Bieres et Saveurs, Sept. 4 2009.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Hazy pale golden, rocky head. Juicy citric nose. Dry, yet fruity. Elegant slender malt perfumed by citruc, sweaty grassy hops. There’s also almonds, honey and mild alcohol that gets more prominent underway. Like a dry, elegan mead, but well hopped and with lingering sweaty bitterness.

At Beer Mania, Bruxelles
Hazy deep blond color, big head. The aroma has dry malt, some hop and spice, perfumy. Dryish mouthfeel, spicy malt flavor, good bitterness even if it doesn’t go too far from the Belgian tradition. In the final it seems that there is some more body, with also a very light touch of sweet liquorice. Pleasant.

Bottled, flip-top (Bs, BB 03/2011). Clear orange-golden color, big cloudy off-white head. I don’t have any hops in the nose, but glueish fruityness and some spices. Crisp carbonation. Triple-like spiceyness, apricot, citrus and alcohol. A bit sour too. In the middle of the pack.
